Some of newer routers are in the 5Ghz range and so it may not be an issue.

Tips for WiFi routers:
Keep router away from any device that can interfere with WiFi signals
Consider the location of the router in the house

If experiencing cronic WiFi speeds consider using the ethernet cable that came with your router and plug it into your browser device and one of the ports at the back of the router.

Tips for using the internet via the terrestrial network and mobile networks
Think about when to use it, use if "off peak"
Download films rather than stream
For video conferencing using platforms like Zoom/Skype etc switch video off after initial introductions and just run the session using voice only.
